Miles from anywhere, rural and unspoilt and only accessible by a dirt road is the village of San Luis del RÍo.
Our palenque (distillery) is nestled in a sun-kissed valley in the remote mountains of Oaxaca. The unique micro climate and mineral-rich soil impart distinct flavours to the wild and cultivated agave that grow there. Combined with local expertise, it yields mezcal of unparalleled quality and a rich, complex character.
